It has 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom with kings size bed (2 meter long, not standard in Spain). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower and the washing machine is in the bathroom. Large living room with open plan to kitchen divided by a bar. The living room has 1 large sofa and 2 sofa chairs. There is a TV (Spanish TV) and DVD. The kitchen is new and very light and nice with microwave, oven and gas hob and other things you need for doing all your cooking. There is no dishwasher.
Towards the pool area is a room with multiglas doors. This can be opened almost all the way. Cold days it is a bright and nice room, in the summer it is great for evenings, draw the fine curtains and you have no mosquitoes. It also protects from most of the sun during hot summer days.
The house has air-conditioning and fans in most rooms. The air-conditioning works as cooling down in the summer and heating in the winter.
In front of the house there is an outside area, garden / barbeque area. There are 2 tables with chairs here and partly covered by a roof for very sunny days. There is also a gas barbeque!
Parking in front of the house is no problem as it is a very quiet road. But, if you need, there is also a locked, gated parking place in the community for parking.
